Complete equipment of the hot air heat exchanger is
located in the standard ISO 40 ft container partly inside
and partly on top of container, overall height to suite
road transport.Furnace is design to suite type and moisture
content of the fuel, it is suitable for wood waste such
as bark, sawdust, shavings, clear fell waste and/or
agricultural biomass.
For biomass fuel up to 5 mm in size (dry sawdust, shavings,
sunflower husk, shredded straw) cyclonic combustion
furnace is used, and bigger size fuel (bask, wood chip,
corn cob, shredded corn and sunflower straw up to 50
mm conventional grates furnace is used.

Air for the turbine is heated by hot gas from biomass
fuel combustion in the tubular heat exchanger design
for high temperature (steel temperature up to 800 oC),
in order to withstand temperature requirement the hottest
part of the exchanger is made from material which is
heat, corrosion and abrasion resistant. Selection of
material and working condition for biomass fuel is important
to avoid damage of the heating surface; it is suitable
for all type of biomass (wood and agriculture biomass)
which the melting point of the ash is above 950 oC.
Removing the ash from the heating surface is fully automatic
by air sool blower which allows continuous operation
(8,000 hours per year). Ash and slug removing from module
is full automatic.
